In order to confirm programs for groups or individual passengers, activitesperu requires the following information:
full name of passenger(s)
medical histories and dietary restrictions
addresses and telephone numbers
special interests / needs
In order to make reservations, Activities peru requires an initial deposit equal to 35% of the total package price 45 days before arrival, with the balance (65%) due on arrival. Payments should be deposited into our United States Checking account or by Credit Card via PAY-PAL
After Making Reservations: Upon receipt of deposit we'll send a detailed itinerary, medical advice, list of suggested equipment, visa requirements, money exchange information, weather considerations and other useful tips.
Activities Peru accepts cancellations by e-mail.
Cancellations or changes to the reservation date:
If a cancellation or change request is made between booking and 31 days before departure, refunds are subject to a 50% deduction from the total price.
If a cancellation or change request is made 30 to 15 days before arrival, refunds are subject to a 75% deduction from the total price.
If the cancellation or change request is made 14 to 0 days before the arrival, refunds are subject to a 100% deduction of the total price.
In the case of a no-show, there is no possibility of a refund, as the program has already been developed.
Prices are in USD $ and subjected to changes without previous notification. All prices will be confirmed at the moment of the reservation and can only be ensured with the pre- payment. Prices include all the services specified in the program.
Prices do not include:
Credit Card Transaction fees
- Any additional services
- Airport and flight tickets taxes
- Overweight and excess luggage
- Personal expenses
- We recommend to all passengers to have their travel insurance.
All passengers are required to sign a standard waiver form but beginning any and all trips. We also recommend a short-term traveler's insurance policy covering accidents, baggage loss, emergency evacuation, etc. Any expenses resulting from flight delays, schedule changes, missed connections, sickness, and trip delays due to bad weather, trail conditions, strikes, natural disasters, cancellations or acts of God will be assumed by the passenger through their traveler's insurance. We'll provide any and all documentation (where possible) needed for insurance re-imbursement.
Activites Peru is not responsible for additional expenses caused by loss, theft, injury, damage, accident, malfunctions, cancellations or delays. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Please note that itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions or delays of flights, buses, trains and political disputes.
You MUST be in general good health to join any of our trips. Our tour leaders and Guides are authorised to disqualify any client who they believe is unfit for the demands of the trip. In this instance Refunds WILL NOT be given. Activites Peru provides a comprehensive First Aid Kit for each trip. However it is the responsibility of each client to bring whatever specific medications they need. We will also send you a suggested Personal First Aid Kit list with your pre-departure information.
In case of accident or illness, Activities peru, through the group leader, will provide aid and arrange evacuation when necessary. Cost of specialized means of evacuation (helicopters, etc.) and medical care beyond basic first-aid are not the financial responsibility of Activities peru (see waiver form for complete details).
Each participant must bring the equipment required for the program. Activities peru supplies a detailed list of the necessary equipment and clothing, as well as the equipment provided by the company.
Activities peru will retain the entire deposit and not be held responsible for canceled or delayed flights. Activities peru reserves the right to modify or change any program itinerary to ensure client safety. The company does not accept any responsibility for maltreatment (damage) to equipment, loss, accident, unforeseen costs, unavoidable delays, services provide by intermediaries, nor direct or indirect acts which are out the company's control.
All extra requests (telephone calls, laundry, room service etc.) will incur additional costs.
Prices listed by Activites peru are guaranteed and re-evaluated yearly.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Passengers who voluntarily give up any service included in the program during its development, will not receive any kind of refund.
Activities Peru reserves the right to make changes to any itinerary or to cancel a trip if the safety of our Clients or Staff is at risk. In this case a refund of all unused payments will be made.
